The design concentrates on the conversion and re-integration in the urban tissue of the old historical Matches Factory in Bucharest , taking advantage of the old beautiful industrial buildings , but also of the topography of the site , considering that the city edge (80 m high ) offers great views and the possibility of visual corridors. The site is thought to comprise a wide range of activities , from the cultural , leisure field , sports , but also community projects and gardens.
