- Brief Description : The open space around a number of different plots have been designed as a communal park area. This is supplement by spaces that are less public and associated more with individual buildings. Given the broad diversity of the existing urban environment, the planning concept manages to take the surrounding houses, farm buildings, and lay of the land into account: lines of trees, paths bordered by hedges, and a matrix of "functional cells" are overlaid to produce a differentiated system of open spaces for a wide variety of requirements (Lička, L.; Grimm, K.
