- Brief Description : The interior courtyard lies embedded between the newly constructed residential block and the completely renovated commercial buildings. The elongated form of the courtyard is ideally suited to the creation of a meandering, hilly "play ribbon" that is divided into. among other things, a wooden platform, an infants' play area with a sandbox, and a bocce (boules) pitch with benches (Lička, L.; Grimm, K.
