- Abstract : CAIET I represents a first possible step model for revitalizing rural heritage, remaining 'in situ', inspired and practiced in France as a driving economic, social and cultural. It is the work of the Summer University of Restoration of Monuments and Sites, under the patronage of the Romanian Academy, organized by RPER-Rencontres du Patrimoine Roumanie Europe-annual editions of 2010, mainly involving students and graduate architects, planners, anthropologists, guided by experts and academics. Bucium, bringing together 30 villages gathered and scattered, hidden in the heart of historic Motilor Country, away from major surgery due to scarcity, opens road decoding "the good sense of ancestral unnamed manufacturer". by finding and protecting specificity site and the "Jaws of memory". A "rural crusade" in favor of residents of villages representing 45% of the population and a rich heritage neglected the perception and treatment gap of 68 years from Western European countries .
