- Brief Description : Aztec West is a business park in South Gloucestershire, England, situated at the northern fringes of Greater Bristol, It is close to the M4 and M5. The masterplanners were Farrell Grimshaw/ Brian Clouston and Ptnrs and Peter Brett Associates working with Richard Ellis as development surveyors. It was planned and developed for Electricity Supply Nominees (the then nationalised electricity industry pension fund) from 1979-1985 when it was sold to Arlington.
