- Abstract : We started this research from the premise that good practice is always based on a very well built theory. Thus, our thesis will provide the theoretical basis for a modern approach to the issues of the concept of cultural landscape by facilitating a thorough understanding of concepts, theories and paradigms that led to the development of the concept. Moreover, we propose a series of new approaches, in terms of the new concepts addressed, and this paper will surely be the basis of future research on cultural landscape in our country. In this regard, we recognize the importance that architects, planners and landscapists in our country have in the development of such studies. The proposed thesis will have a profound theoretical character and will analyze the main theories behind the development of the concept of cultural landscape, with personal contributions made to its development by adding new concepts, axioms and theories in the study of the concept.
