  • Brief Description : Located in Brooklyn on the East River, site is defined by the skyline of Manhattan and emblematic buildings, such as the Empire State. This is a place affected by domain conflicts, by environmental degradation and isolation.
In 2004 it was held an international architectural competition focused on this undervalued area of New York city, which was about to initiate a transformation process (Bushwick Creek inlet at Greenpoint neighborhood, Brooklyn).
The project emphasizes on landscape construction more than on producing a specific architecture. It consists of a "green platform", a delicate topography, an urban scale garden that make possible new visions upon Manhattan.
