- Abstract in English : Although landscape architecture and architecture as the professions, will continue to be separate disciplines, the interest that schools of architecture foster in their students for a creative and planned landscape approach to projects linked with open areas will never disappear. If architects are to answer these challenges to create open spaces, they will always need to increase their knowledge about the natural medium. Or to put it more simply, if architects are to give meaning to open space, they must prepare to do so through an enriched landscape education. Architects are not competitors but encouraging partners for other participants in environmental design.
