Brief Description : In the entrance area, clear geometric forms predominate, such as large stone slabs and tree-trunk segments in the form of oval wooden decks. Clearly delineated pathways with high-grade concrete paving help to structure the gardens on the side of the building facing away from the street. The gardens are home to a children's playground and a central pergola, which is equipped with seats and situated near the rhododendron bed. The areas where the old trees are have been upgraded with spring-blooming geophytes, perennials, and ivy, and accentuated with nocturnal lighting effects. A common-hornbeam hedge alternates with fencing to create an interplay of transparent and private areas and also forms an outward boundary (Lička, L.; Grimm, K. (Hg.)
