Projected area covers 1.624 hectares. Plot of land for afforestation were selected corresponding climate zone trees and shrubs, which are carefully arranged to have the territory of growing woody plant species and varieties in order to avoid over-diversification. Changes of such combination of strict geometric style with freestyle, representational area of the trees were set out in the verticals extended to recurrent, severe forms of the square designed fountains and grassy spots composition, and the area in Square – green free-form compositions.
