- Abstract in English : Landscape architects within the European Union like members of all other regulated professions, must be prepared for the time when “the freedom of movement, the right of establishment and freedom to provide services” between citizens of members of countries will be put into effect. An important condition is a professional qualification in all member states of roughly the same level. Schools must therefore organize courses and issue diplomas that are compatible in level and content, even if not necessarily identical.
