chapter describes the general characteristics Cīravas village – location, natural conditions.
1. chapter studied Cīravas estate complex developmental history and analyzed the current situation – the functional zoning, pedestrian and vehicle movement in the territory of the view points, as well as the current situation compares with the historical situation.
2. chapter, based on the analyzed material, development proposal of Cīravas estate area is offered. Compositions given concept, component description and greenery solution.
3. chapter gives an economic estimate of organization of Cīravas estates area and identifies measures necessary to take care of area in the years ahead.
