The aim of diploma project is to create a development concept for valley of the river Pušnica that would contribute to Viļaka`s growth towards contemporary town with an attractive public space. In the elaborated territory a variety of recreational facilities is suggested as it is socially the most active part of the valley due to its location near the town`s center.
The project contains a research of historical development of the valley of the river Pušnica and Viļaka, a description of the current situation and also various landscape analyses. The project also includes the suggestions for the materials, constructions, greenery and landscape elements as well as the specifications of the installation and maintenance works.
