Survey of unique landscape features in the Tokaj Wine Region World Heritage Site

The Tokaj Historical Wine Region
has been a World Heritage site since 2002. Beginning in 2009, with the
involvement of our students, our department prepared a Cadastre of Unique
Landscape Features in 4 settlements of this region. The aim of this cadastre
was to survey and preserve those natural and historical values that are
characteristic to thelandscape, yet do not fall under any existing environmental protection, or
historic preservation program. The cadastre will serve as a base for a complete
value protection program of these World Heritage Settlements.
