- Abstract in English : After centuries of addressing arts and sciences as fields apart, the eighties and the nineties in the twentieth century have started to bring them together and show how they have been moving in the same direction. This was a significant step also for landscape architecture while a social art based upon the arts and sciences. The objective of the presentation would be to look back at some significant steps in the history and theory of art and sciences, observe how they converge, where we are at the moment and how this advance serves the purpose of landscape architecture today.
