  • Abstract in English : The purpose of this paper is to describe the results of a study explored the inter-relationship among issues as physical sizes, use patterns, and values for different types of urban natural areas. The findings reveal consistent differences between three general types of areas which serve distinct functions: the yards, the common areas and the nearby woodland. The findings of this study clarify the relationships among physical size, use patterns and preference for different areas.
