the use of vegetation has an impotant rule in modifing the microclimate of buildings ,this is achieved by reducing the effeect of solar radiation , in this work the effect of the distance between the the trees and buildings , the type of trees is studied for preparing a guidelines for the landscape designer for the appropriate relative posioning between builsings and trees for best shading efficiency for vertical walls with different orientations and roof
