- Brief Description : The client's requirements for the planning included the introduction of a high-quality herbaceous layer. In addition to the creation of communal areas, the concept for the improves usanility of the space also envisaged the private use of the areas in front of the house. The planning centred around the individual plot of land belonging to an apartment, a mere 50 m² in size, with the idea of turning it into a thriving green oasis, rather than sealing it off (Lička, L.; Grimm, K.
