Designing business buildings on the other side of the dam, is one the many ways implemented to protect the ecosistems and also to provide functionality and economical use to the land. On the other side, the land used for agriculture on the inside part of the dam is for exihibition, education and volutary work as well.

- Context : The process of rehabilitation is an ongoing operation in Bucharest. The objective is that all wastelands should be used in a sustanable way, providing both economical and leisure potential. These measures can be applied even in nature look-a-like sites, without disturbing the existing ecosistems. Lake Vacaresti is a large dispute at the moment - mainly because it developed very interesting ecosistems in the lake area. But the project seeks the waste parts of the site to be reabilitated in a more agricultural activity.
