The site is a former railway place near the Chantiers Station. This wasteland is isolated between platforms and former water tanks. Three axes guide the project : 1-to create a direct access from avenue de Sceaux to the station by opening this place to the public, 2-to attract interest for the overhang of the platforms and the view on Mount Gobert and 3- to emphasize the perception to distant horizons.
