Brief Description : The project is located next to Vienna's Rudolf Bednar Park. The gently modelled contours and green structures of the park landscape flow into the courtyard right up to the walls of the buildings and give rise to a generously dimensioned play and movement area. Slight changes of level and open-space elements made of different materials, such as wood and concrete paving turn the space into a series of discrete zones and correspond, as outdoor meeting, relaxation, or work areas, with the indoor design features. A perimeter wooden fence helps to create a sheldered inerior courtyard, which, in connection with the ground-floor zone, becomes a meeting place for the residents (Lička, L.; Grimm, K. (Hg.)
